I agree to the complete terms and conditions provided to me by LJ Pond. I agree to the fee quoted for the service I have requested. I agree to the schedule set for the project. I understand that any requests to change the scope of work already agreed to will incur additional costs and changes to the return date of my work. I understand and agree that I am responsible for the consequences of any changes to the schedule, as set out in the terms and conditions. Where applicable, I agree to pay the booking fee (50% of the total project fee) within 3 working days of submitting this booking confirmation form. I understand that fees are non-refundable unless certain conditions (set out in the terms and conditions) are met. I understand that work will not commence on my project until the booking fee (or other payment as agreed to) has been received.
